By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Ordering and Payments

  • By placing an order, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you have any concerns, please contact us at hello@apricityclub.com before ordering.
  • Payment must be received in full before your order is processed. Once payment is confirmed, we will send an order confirmation email, forming a legally binding contract.
  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT for UK customers.

Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly.

Delivery

  • We aim to deliver as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen courier issues or circumstances beyond our control.

Product Information

  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions however please note that the images contained on this website are to be used as a reference only. Being a natural product the marble vessel may contain fine surface lines and small pits which do not compromise the overall use or quality of the item. We cannot refund or exchange items due to any of these listed characteristics.

  • All website content, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Apricity Club Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without our written permission.

General Terms

  • If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the remaining terms.
