Refund policy

We are sorry you didn’t love it. We only accept returns and exchanges that arrive back unused and in their original packaging up until 14 days after purchase. 

Please note that each natural stone and material is beautifully unique, so no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in colour, pattern, and texture are part of their charm. Images on our website are for reference only, and natural features like fine lines or small pits do not affect the quality or use of the item. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for these characteristics.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:

1. If you wish to return an item purchased online please e-mail us at hello@apricityclub.com prior to shipping and within 14 days of receiving your item.

2. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging or any other secure packaging with sufficient protection. Please note that we will not be liable for any items that arrive back to us damaged.

Please include a note of your email address and order number. 

RETURNS CHARGE

We currently do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Until we receive your returned order, it remains your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked postage service with insurance, such as Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 options, which include a level of coverage for peace of mind.

Returns will be processed within 7 working days.
